Congratulations to Ally and the Currie players for the fine13-9 win at Netherdale last night against France in the Club International.
The forwards worked hard and some of the defence was immense - Hammy, Rosco and Cairnsie put in great shifts. Snedders was his ever elusive self and enjoyed the step-up and even the flattenings he got once or twice. Andy McMahon did not get a run and he as well as the others must have felt a real sense of pride and achievement when singing Flower of Scotland in the line up before the game. Well done to you all.
Speaking to Ally he asked me to thank the Currie support who had made their way down to Gala." It was great to see so many Currie faces in the crowd."
